Nextora Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nextora’s products and services. By using Nextora, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and safeguarding credentials.
  • You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nextora to:

  • Send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized communications.
  • Violate privacy, data protection, anti-spam, telemarketing, or messaging laws.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights or misuse third-party systems.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform.

3. Messaging and Compliance

You are solely responsible for obtaining valid consent before sending SMS or email through Nextora and for honoring opt-out requests (for example STOP). You must comply with carrier, A2P 10DLC, TCPA, CTIA, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable requirements.

4. AI Features

AI outputs are provided for assistance and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all communications, pricing guidance, and business decisions before use.

5. Data and Ownership

You retain ownership of your data. You grant Nextora a limited license to host, process, and transmit data as needed to provide the service.

6. Fees and Billing

Paid features are billed as described at purchase. You authorize charges for subscription and usage fees. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal risk, or service abuse. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nextora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Nextora operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
